Irony and exaggeration are effective means when a person wants to make something clear. In the text,
these two means are used quite often. The following is an example of how exaggeration is used to make a
point very clear - it is impossible to make all bad things illegal, "smoking is unpleasant but reasonably
avoidable. Unpleasant too is fuming traffic, noisy neighbours, swearing youths and cruel parents. All may
